Lip Liner
A lip liner is harder and drier than a lipstick and is used to outline the lips to define the shape. Lipliner often looks like a regular colour pencil and is used to create an illusion of a perfectly shaped lip. The pencil can be used to correct lips that are too thin or fuller than normal as well as to correct droop side lips as well. The lipliner also prevents your lipstick colour from bleeding into the tiny lines that are found near the mouth.
