Glamour Makeup

Glamour Makeup: Don't we all want to look glamourous once in a while, especially for that special red-carpet function? Here's how:

Glamour Makeup: Things that you will need

  1. A paint stick foundation
  2. Anti-shine powder
  3. Water proof mascara (black only)
  4. Eye lash curler
  5. Eye shadow of your choice
  6. Lip stick
  7. Lip pencil
  8. Two tones of blushers

  9. How to Apply Glamour Makeup

    1. You use a sponge and even out your complexion with the paint stick foundation.

    2. Instead of your usual press powder or loose powder, use an anti-shine powder and dust it evenly over your foundation.

    3. You pull your eyes to a taut and outline the top rim as close to the lashes as possible. Outline only a quarter of your under-eye with a line as thin as possible.

    4. You apply your eye shadow makeup in a similar manner to the evening make up technique. But you do not need to blend the colors but allow the shades to stand out prominently and keep the contour, blending only slightly.

Note: The contour line of your eye brow bone is shorter than the day or evening make up. Apply your mascara to the top and the bottom lashes.

    5. Feel under your cheek bone and use a darker shade of blusher or your bronzer to draw a strip going only as far as the outside corner of the eye towards the centre of your ears.

    6. You may apply a lighter shade of blusher as usual to the apple of your cheeks towards your temple like the number '6'. Do the same for the other side of the cheek. Blend the blushers together but keep the contour.

    7. You may use your lip liner and lipstick to create sultry looking lips. Recoat your mascara. I am only exploring the technique of playing up a single feature at any one time.
