Facial cleansers
Facial cleansers. The daily ritual to beautiful skin is to cleanse, tone and moisturise morning and evening.
A cleanser is a beauty product used to remove your dead skin cells, your stale make up, oil, dirt and other environmental pollutants that you may have been exposed to. It helps to unclog your pores and prevents (yucky) conditions such as acne and pimples.

Types of facial cleansers
Skin Care: Why I don't like bar soap?
1) Well, normal bar soap has high PH values in the range of 9 to 10, and keep in mind that our natural skin's PH is only 5.5. Thus bar soap can upset your natural skin balance and may cause the growth of certain types of bacteria and acne occurs. Bar soap usually contains thickener so that it can assume the shape of a 'block'. And this chemical can clog your pores and in turn cause acnes.
2) Using bar soap can remove your face's natural oil. This results in your sebaceous glands to subsequently overproduce oil which will clog your pores eventually.
3 Type of cleansers

1)Strong cleanser (Largely non-organic and mostly chemicals): This is suitable for oily skin to prevent break outs
2)Foam cleanser: This is more gentle for the dry to normal skin. You use it by rubbing the solution between your palms until it forms a rich foam and scrubbing it onto your face in a upward circular motion. (It has been said to reduce sagging skin too.)
3)Cream cleanser: This is for the very dry skin. It cleanses and moisturises at the same time. You shouldn't feel oily after the cleanse. For very dry and dehydrated skin you must alway use an alcohol-free product.
After you have cleanse your face, your pores will be open and toning is require to close the pores. I would usually choose the 'spritz' type and spray onto my face. But an alternative is to open your tap and splash your face with ice cold running water. This will close your pores naturally as well.
After you have tone your skin, it is very important to moisturise your face. The most expensive skin care moisturiser is not always necessary. But do choose a product that is best suited to your skin and stick to it. However if your skin adjusts to the moisturiser and starts to dry out, switch to another brand for a period of time before you go back to the original. The Oil of Olay moisturisers are budget alternatives and are recommended by many skin care specialists.
The Super Cleansers

Super cleanser is a scrub or mask that is especially designed to remove dead skin cells and to thoroughly clean your pores.
If you allow those dead cells to remain on your skin it can cause roughness and white-heads or bumpiness to appear. If you use a cellular renewal product which generates new cell growth quickly, a super cleanser is very important. (You can easily purchase one at your neighbourhood chemists or local skin care retailers. Neutragena cleansers is one of many economical brands and won't cost you too much)
Scrubs often contain grains so do choose a scrub with small fine grains such as ground nuts or oatmeal. Avoid those that contains nut shell or kernels. It is too harsh on your skin. When scrubbing, massage in an upward circular motion on your face and neck carefully avoiding your eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
