In eye brow shaping, use your white pencil (for dark to medium hair colour) or use a black pencil (if you are a blonde or have light coloured hair) and position it in a straight line from the side of your nose to the inner corner of your eyes and draw a line at the spot where it passes your brow.

Point A,this is where your brow shall begin. Then line your pencil from the side of your nose towards the outer corner of your eyes. Indicate where it passes the brow.

Point B,this is where your brow shall end.

Shift your pencil to the outer corner of your iris and draw a line where it passes the brow.

Point C,this is where your arch should begin

Connect the points up with your pencil and pluck away all the stray hair.

In eye brow shaping, there are many different type of eye brow shapes for you to consider. Most importantly it must fit your face shape.

Generally, round eye brows add roundness and help to tone down overly sharp features. Angled brows work well with square jaws and can slim down a round face. Soft-angled brows are more feminine. The curved brows maximize your sex appeal and it works well on a oval or square face. Flat brows are used to shorten a long face.

Eye Brow Shaping: Things that you will need

- Cleanser
- Toner
- Moisturiser
- White pencil
- Manicure scissor
- Eye brow pencil/eye shadow

Directions:

1. Cleanse and tone but do not moisturize your face.

2. Using the nose to brow measurement, determine the start of your brow, the arch and where your eye brows should end.

3. Make a mark at these peaks at your under-eye area and connect them with your white pencil and draw your desired eye brow shape.

4. Please do the same for the other brow before you begin your tweezing.

5. You can tweeze the hair only from your under-eye area and/or the area above the brow if you like.

6. You may now moisturize your face and wait for it to dry.

7. You may now fill in your brow with colour. For a dark hair person, your brow should be two tones lighter than your hair colour but for a light coloured hair person, your brow should be two tones darker in color. This is only a suggestion. Choose the colour that you feel that you will look best in. That is the most important factor in your decision.

8. You may use your brow pencil and fill in the colour by strokes, or shade your cotton tip with your brow pencil and smoothen it in your brow. You may also choose to use your eye shadow powder.
